Instructions

PLEASE NOTE: The Weglot account that runs this translator plugin has a word limit. Hitting that limit will mean public facing text might not be translated.
To ensure we don’t hit that limit using this tool, please make sure to delete your translated text once you’ve copied it into an external text editor/application.

  1. Click here to open a new browser tab with the Pace CMS login page, and login using your username and password
  2. Once logged in, locate the Translate Editor Page by going to ‘Pages’ and locating ‘PHA Translate‘ page
  3. Click the page title, or hover over it and click ‘Edit’
  4. Paste the content to be translated into a new Paragraph Content Block below the ‘Translated Content’ heading (below) by doing the following:
    Mac: Right click into the new Paragraph Content Block and select ‘Paste and match style.’
    PC: Do not paste directly from Microsoft Word. After copying your content, first paste into a plain text document (Notepad), then copy that plain text and paste into the new Paragraph Content Block.
  5. When the content is entered, publish this page (in this case the ‘Update’ button in the upper right is acting as a ‘Translate’ button)
  6. To see your translations, go back to your original browser tab, refresh the page, and use the links below to be taken to either the French or Spanish versions of the Translate pages.
    NOTE: Use these links only from the English page. Translated links will not always work, so for example, if you’re on the Français page, the link for the Español page might not work.
