Glengarry Biomass Organic Dispersant is specifically formulated to penetrate, loosen and disperse all types of organic deposits, such as oil, grease, mud, and biomass. This product will also loosen deposits that are held together by the organic binders such as airborne contaminants, corrosion, and scale deposits.
Glengarry CT-1010 Cooling Water Treatment is a scale and corrosion inhibitor specifically designed for recirculating cooling tower systems.
Glengarry CT-2000 Cooling Water Treatment is an organic based scale and corrosion inhibitor specifically designed for recirculating cooling tower systems. CT-2000 is a low pH product consisting of a blend of zinc phosphonates, polymeric dispersants, and azoles.
Glengarry CT-2010 Cooling Water Treatment is an organic based scale and corrosion inhibitors specifically designed for recirculating cooling tower systems. CT-2010 is a low pH product consisting of a blend of zinc phosphonates, polymeric dispersants, and azoles. The phosphonates and azoles are designed to inhibit corrosion on both steel and copper found in the system.
Glengarry CT-3010 Cooling Water Treatment is molybdate based scale and corrosion inhibitors specifically designed for recirculating cooling tower systems operating on softened make-up water.
GLENGARRY MB-2000 is a non-foaming, non-oxidizing liquid microbiocide for use in cooling tower systems. MB-2000 is not a WHMIS Controlled Product but regulated under the P.C.P Act, Registration No. 27372.
GLENGARRY MB-3000 is a nonionic, broad-spectrum, water-soluble microbiocide used to remove microbiological slime from fouled industrial and commercial recirculating cooling systems. This isothiazoline-based biocide maintains control of microorganisms at concentrations of as low as 1 ppm (active) resulting in a cost-effective application and reduced dosing cost.
MOLYTREAT 10 Closed System Treatment is designed to fully protect hot and chilled recirculating water systems against corrosion and inhibit scaling on heat transfer surfaces under operating and static conditions.
MOLYTREAT 10A is a modified version of MOLYTREAT 10 for use with aluminum boilers. It is partially neutralized to yield an optimum pH at usage levels of 7.8 to 8.2 in the recirculating water. This pH range satisfy the requirements of the aluminum boiler manufacturers.
Glengarry Phosphoric Acid is a highly concentrated acid. It is used to lower pH in closed systems where there is a presence of aluminum.
Glengarry PRESERVIT NL Closed System Treatment is designed to fully protect hot and chilled recirculating water systems against corrosion and inhibit hard water scale formation. PRESERVIT NL will protect the system component under both static and circulated conditions.

Glengarry BWT-3000 is a liquid alkalinity builder used to raise the pH and alkalinity in steam boilers, designed to be used in combination with other boiler treatment chemicals especially those that are phosphate based.
Colloid 40P Steam Boiler Treatment is a sludge conditioner designed to maintain boiler water sludge in the fluid state to prevent it from adhering to the heating surfaces of the boiler tubes. This conditioned sludge can then be eliminated through normal boiler blow-down.
Neutramine M Steam Boiler Treatment is a volatile neutralizing amine used for the control of condensate system corrosion from by low pH condensate caused by carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide is formed in the boiler when carbonates and bicarbonates from the make-up water decomposed to sodium hydroxide and carbon dioxide under boiler conditions.
Neutramine 50 Steam Boiler Treatment is a volatile neutralizing amine used for the control of condensate system corrosion from low pH condensate caused by carbon dioxide.
Oxvoid L Steam Boiler Treatment is an oxygen scavenger, which will quickly and effectively react with dissolved oxygen in the feedwater and boiler water to prevent oxygen pitting in the boiler.
Glengarry CLN-1010 Neutral pH Cleaner is formulated for the removal of oil, grease, and other suspended material from new recirculating water systems. CLN-1010 is a surfactant-based cleaner and consists of surfactants, wetting agents, and dispersants. CLN-1010 also contains nitrites as a corrosion inhibitor and passivating agent during the cleaning process.
Glengarry CLN-2000 Neutral pH Cleaner formulated for the removal of iron oxide deposits in closed recirculating systems. This product is chelant based and contains a passivating agent for the protection of the base metal during cleaning. CLN-2000 is non-acidic at the normal dosage and is virtually odourless and non-foaming.
Glengarry CLN-5000 Alkaline Cleaner is formulated for the removal of oil, grease, and iron oxide scale from new recirculating water and steam boiler systems. CLN-5000 is an alkaline-based cleaner and consists of caustic, chelants, surfactants, wetting agents, and dispersants.
Inhibited Ethylene Glycol based solutions are used to increase heat transfer and as an antifreeze in systems that are required to operate in areas exposed to extremes in temperatures. Ethylene glycol solution will protect operating systems up to -60F.

In every commercial cooling system (e.g. Fan coil, Air Handlers, Water source heat pumps, and Refrigeration units), there is a condensate drain pan for the collection of condensate water. The drain pan is prone to bacteria and mold growth.
Glengarry GCL-1000 Hand Sanitizer is manufactured based on the World Health Organization’s recommended formulation for hand rub. It has Isopropyl alcohol as the active ingredient and contains glycerin, hydrogen peroxide and water as non-medicinal ingredients. GCL-1000 is approved by Health Canada as an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. The approval number under the Natural Health Product (NHP) is 80101055.
